IT facilitator Evolve IP has acquired cloud communications provider AiTech in Minnesota, USA to provide customers with identity, access management, contact center and cloud services. As per the terms of the deal, AiTech’s clients will get quick access to Evolve IP’s access and identity management platforms OSSmosis and Clearlogin so that they can adopt the latter’s omnichannel contact center, Evolve Contact Suite.
According to Evolve IP, enterprises need a quick fix solution that can help them unlock a flurry of services such as IaaS, DraaS, managed cloud and security products through a unified login platform. They say that such platforms enable enterprises to save costs, access multiple services and accelerate the time to reach business goals.
Evolve IP say that, this deal will allow AiTech’s customers to leverage the former’s access and identity management platforms to integrate as well as customize a wide range of cloud computing solutions. Speaking about the acquisition, Guy Fardone, Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Evolve IP, commented:
