Ernst & Young collaborates with ServiceNow to accelerate digital transformation in India

Consulting giant Ernst & Young (EnY) have partnered with ServiceNow to transform enterprises digitally in India. As per the terms of the deal, EnY will be providing customers with solutions by leveraging ServiceNow’s capabilities to meet cloud, AI and ML requirements,

According to EnY, a stark growth in business in the Indian market has invited an equal amount of change and innovation in their IT architectures. They say that this positive change has paved the way for security, analytics and data protection products and services to be launched in the market.

As a result, EnY say that enterprises are looking to further their growth with a focus on digital transformation. They say that this transformation will help them modernize their approach to enterprise IT and make the most of cloud, AI and ML capabilities.

By partnering with ServiceNow, EnY claim that they will provide comprehensive IT solutions that will revive the current IT environments of enterprises. They say that the alliance will allow both enterprises to facilitate software, cloud and platform-based services to manage complex workloads.

Speaking about the partnership, Sibjyoti Basu, Partner and Alliance Leader at EnY India, stated that businesses must move into a digital economy and challenge manual as well as traditional processes. He also claimed that this alliance will help them strengthen the value-chain that exists between them and ServiceNow.

Market analysts opine that EnY’s partnership will help them consolidate their position as a facilitator of turn-key digital projects in India.
