Network performance company cPacket have launched a virtualized network management solution cClear-V a virtualized version of its cClear network performance dashboard. With this launch, cPacket seeks to provide a single console to monitor network performance without depending on dedicated server hardware.
cPacket say that organizations need a platform that can work across multiple environments to monitor the performance of their networks. Since businesses leverage Docker containers as well as virtual machines for a better performance, cPacket say that businesses expect their network platforms to comply with both technologies.
By launching cClear-V, cPacket say that they will be providing enterprises with a unified and scalable platform that will create monitoring points on their consoles. They say that cClear-V‘s architecture will allow enterprises to collect the required data and reduce the transfer of data across networks.
Speaking about the launch, Brendan O’Flaherty, CEO of cPacket Networks, commented:
Our customers have been asking us for virtualized distributed management solution that scales, as well as our cVu, does for network traffic sensing. With cClear-V, network operators can deploy the functionality they need and at network locations where it’s needed.
No other management console combines the complete visualization and management of all packet brokers, packet capture devices and traffic sensors on a network.
