IT security consultant Agenci have acquired Cyberfort Group in order to strengthen their cybersecurity portfolio. With this acquisition, Agenci seeks to provide customers with a wide range of security products, fortifying their market position.
Agenci say that cybersecurity is the order of the day given the rise in the number of virus and malware attacks on a daily basis. With the complexities rising due to these attacks, Agenci claim that organizations need a strategic point of view to safeguard their IT environments.
By acquiring Cyberfort Group, Agenci believe that they will strengthen their security product portfolio. They also say that they can leverage Cyberfort’s consultancy expertise to provide organizations with counter strategies to deal with virus attacks.
