Consulting firm Accenture have acquired DAZ Systems in order to broaden and strengthen their Oracle Cloud ERP services. With this acquisition, Accenture will help organizations deploy and integrate enterprise performance management applications and simplify migration to cloud environments.
According to Accenture, organisations demand innovative solutions while transforming their businesses. They say that these enterprises require applications that help them implement important mission-critical business systems that shed light on vital data and actionable insights.
By acquiring DAZ Systems, Accenture claim that they will be able to fortify their Oracle Cloud ERP services that enable clients to move to cloud environments with ease. They say that in addition to transforming enterprises digitally, Accenture and DAZ will provide critical business insights to deployers of Oracle Cloud ERP services.

It seems like Accenture are building on their Oracle capabilities after the Certus acquisition which closed in the month of May. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
