This week, PCM, a North American technology solutions provider announced that it has acquired Canadian cloud IT solutions provider Stratiform for C$2.1 million ($1.56 million). Stratiform is a Microsoft Partner and claims to specialize in Microsoft cloud technology.
PCM says that Stratiform’s consultative approach will strengthen its position in the enterprise cloud solutions market and will enhance its ability to provide clients with better cloud strategy, advisory, on-boarding and migration services, as well as on-going cloud management services.
