Australian web hosting company VentraIP has acquired three companies namely- On A Cloud, SpiderWeb Hosting and Boot Domains. With this acquisition, VentraIP aims to strengthen their presence in the Australian market, witnessing a high demand for web hosting services.
According to VentraIP, the Australian web hosting market is growing at a blazing speed where organizations are looking to leverage cloud and other technologies. In order to meet the demands of businesses in the region. VentraIP say that acquiring these three organizations gives them a range of different benefits each.
With these acquisitions, VentraIP pocket more than 1000 customers and 2400 active services. They also say that this strategy will attract more customers by showcasing the variety in the product portfolio.
Speaking about their strategy, Angelo Giuffrida, CEO at VentraIP, commented:
Last year we focused our efforts on boosting organic growth through an improved online presence in search engines, customer service and technical support insourcing, and updated products and services with higher value margins. This strategy has proven hugely successful with over 35 percent growth attributed in less than twelve months.

These three companies are the first of six acquisitions that we are actively working on, and we hope to have further announcements as we close those deals in the near future.
