Tech Data and StratoZen partner for managed security services

Tech Data have announced a strategic partnership with StratoZen to offer cloud security services to partners in the U.S. These Fortinet-based services include network management and device management along with security information and event management (SIEM).

According to Tech Data, enterprises need to enhance their security capabilities instantly to comply with regulations. They say that these security products and services, backed by Fortinet are experiencing high demand given their wide suite.

By partnering with StratoZen, Tech Data claim that they will be allowing partners and customers in the ecosystem to offer all the security solutions and applications through their wide network. They say that Tech Data’s distribution and supply chain expertise will, in turn, help StratoZen expand their target market immediately.

Kevin Prince, CEO of StratoZen, believes that the alliance will address the ever-growing threat landscape that most enterprises have to face today. He also claims that both StratoZen and Tech Data will leave no stone unturned when it comes to providing cloud-based tools and solutions to implement cyber security strategies.

It will be interesting to see how the alliance takes shape, following the acquisition of AccountabilIT by ClearPointe in September last year.
