Cloud service provider RapidCloud have partnered with SmarterTools to expand the former’s enterprise product portfolio. As per the terms of the deal, RapidCloud will be reselling SmarterTool’s email, analytics and ticketing products namely, SmarterMail, SmarterStats and SmarterTicket to expand presence across the APAC (Asia Pacific) market.
According to RapidCloud, the South East Asian cloud market demands economical and effective enterprise cloud products that can elevate the everyday working of their organization. They say that these products encourage collaboration, improve processes and boosts the overall performance of products.
By partnering with SmarterTools, RapidCloud say that they will be providing customers with feature-rich dashboards, file storage, detailed reporting, task management system, and a knowledge base to track and manage the performance of their organizations. They say that by reselling the products, SmarterTools will gain easy access into the fast and evolving APAC market, without having to invest any money.
