Wholesale data center provider H5 Data Centers has entered into a deal with cloud hosting facilitator LeaseWeb USA to expand the latter’s data center presence by providing its Arizona data center located at Pheonix. H5 Data Centers say that in exchange for their Pheonix data center, they will gain access to LeaseWeb’s growing customer base and expand their product offerings.
LeaseWeb USA says that this deal is a win-win for both parties since the agreement allows them to expand their data center footprint and provide hybrid cloud solutions to existing customers. Sounding optimistic about the agreement, Lex Boost, CEO of LeaseWeb USA commented:
We see great joint opportunities in the Phoenix market, with the potential for an expanded partnership to come across our national footprints.
Echoing Boost’s thoughts, Josh Simms CEO of H5 Data Centers said:
LeaseWeb can offer enterprises a full suite of retail colocation and hybrid IT cloud solutions, while H5 Data Centers can continue to innovate and deliver world-class wholesale data center solutions. We look forward to working with this globally-renown IT services partner.
According to industry watchers, both companies have experienced significant growth in the past and with this deal, they will continue their growth story in the future. Let us hope that this observation holds true for both the companies.
