Korean managed services provider MegazoneCloud have entered into a strategic partnership with New Relic to provide cloud monitoring solutions to enterprises. As per the terms of this alliance, New Relic will integrate their real-time insight prowess into Megazone’s cloud capabilities to enable enterprises to monitor the performance of their cloud applications.
MegazoneCloud believes that enterprises deploying multiple cloud applications and solutions need a single-pane-of-glass-like platform to get an overview of all the apps. They say that this overview enables enterprises to optimize or even remove applications that do not perform as per business goals.
By partnering with New Relic, MegazoneCloud says that enterprises will be able to arrive at business decisions by leveraging rich, real-time insights provided by the cloud platform. They further added that customers will be provided with highly advanced services meeting each of their needs and requirements, helping them move to the cloud with New Relic’s cutting-edge solutions.
Speaking about the alliance, Todd Osborne, Vice President of New Relic, commented:
We are very excited about Korea’s business potential and partner with MegazoneCloud, Asia’s largest AWS partner and Korea’s leading digital agency and cloud solutions partner.
New Relic is very closely tied to digital transformation, customer experience and cloud adoption, and we are very satisfied with the benefits of teaming with MegazoneCloud for many Korean customers.
MegazoneCloud say that this acquisition will further consolidate their managed cloud services portfolio and allow them to position themselves as a provider of end-to-end cloud solutions.
Max Lee, CSO (Chief Security Officer) of MegazoneCloud Corporation, commented:
We are delighted to sign the first partnership in Korea with New Relic. I believe that along with existing differentiated cloud service capabilities we have (…), we will be able to consolidate our position as a comprehensive cloud MSP provider collaborating with New Relic to provide customers with a full stack monitoring solution optimized for SaaS-based cloud environments.
In closing, the managed service provider said that this alliance will further strengthen their cloud monitoring prowess, following their partnership with CloudPassage for IT security a few months ago.
