DDoS and CDN (Content Delivery Network) provider Cloudflare have raised a Series E round of funding worth USD 150 million from Franklin Templeton. With this investment, Cloudflare say that they will be focusing their efforts towards expanding their product portfolio and offerings across global markets.
According to Cloudflare, enterprises are looking to secure their hosting environments from viruses and DDoS attacks. They also say that along with protection and privacy, speed is important when it comes to hosting a website.
