Microsoft partners with Accenture and Avanade for AI

The alliance aims to build custom AI services for organizations belonging to specific industry verticals.

Tech giant Microsoft has partnered with Accenture and cloud company Avanade to build customized AI (Artificial Intelligence) services for enterprises belonging to specific industries. The alliance seeks to boost Microsoft’s tryst by assembling AI solutions aimed at the consumer-packaged goods market, telecommunications and retail market.

According to Microsoft, different industries have resorted to AI in order to understand the needs of consumers minutely. They claim that with the help of AI, Microsoft have been able to build custom agents for enterprise customers be leveraging Microsoft Knowledge Graph, Bing data and machine-learning technology.

With this alliance, Microsoft believe that they will be able to bring customer needs to the fore by integrating Accenture’s Intelligent Customer Engagement (ICE) framework with their AI Solution for Care. They also say that Microsoft will be leveraging Avanade’s architectural, technical and business capabilities to bring this vision to fruition.
