Domain registrar Key-Systems have entered into a strategic alliance with trademark protection firm Corsearch and IP (Intelectual Property) company INCOPRO. As per the terms of the alliance, Key-Systems, INCOPRO and Corsearch aim to provide domain management and brand protection offerings for law companies together.
According to Key-Systems, domain management is of prime importance to owners since business functionality has gained prominence in the online space. They also believe that safeguarding domains for business will build trust and credibility within the community and entice more decision makers to buy domains.
To ensure that the brand names and domains are protected, Key-Systems entered into an alliance with Coresearch. With this alliance, Coresearch will be extending their relationship with Key-Systems and expand their domain management portfolio.
Speaking about this alliance, Alexander Siffrin, CEO at Key-Systems, commented:
We are excited to have won Corsearch as a partner. Our customers will benefit from our joint expertise and excellence.
In addition to the alliance with Key-Systems, Corsearch have also partnered with INCOPRO to enable law firms to deliver strategic advice and online enforcement for their clients. According to the agreement, Corsearch will offer a law firm version of INCOPRO’s brand protection technology to law companies to protect their intellectual properties from online abuse.
Corsearch say that online IP infringement is a recurring problem since e-Commerce and digital are becoming core strategies for businesses. With this alliance, Corsearch claim that law firms will be able to identify the strategic challenges affecting their clients’ brands effectively and reduce IP infringement.
Delighted with this deal, Simon Baggs, CEO at INCOPRO, commented:
INCOPRO is thrilled to be working with Corsearch in delivering this new and exciting solution. As a lawyer myself, I know that technology has a huge role to play in enabling law firms to deliver strategic and cost-effective advice and support to clients.
