The move aims to provide IT transformation for customers in a bid to capture global market share.

Tech giants

Managed hosting provider Green House Data have announced a merger deal with Infront Consulting Group. With this move, Green House and Infront will enable clients to manage Azure workloads and migrate to the cloud in order to expand globally.

According to GreenHouse, customers face obstacles when it comes to migrating to cloud environments or operating in hybrid environments successfully. They say that customers also come across difficulties when it comes to managing their workloads in the cloud.

To ensure that customers get complete advisory services while switching to Microsoft’s cloud products, Green House Data say that partnering with Infront Consulting Group was necessary. They added that with this merger deal, they can leverage Infront’s expertise in providing pin-point advice while choosing the right Microsoft product.

Speaking about the merger deal, Rory McCaw, CEO of Infront Consulting Group, commented:

More and more enterprises we’ve worked with have requested ongoing IT management as their consulting engagement concludes. We saw a natural fit with Green House Data’s managed services expertise and an opportunity to organically expand into a more comprehensive platform.

Green House claim that by merging with Infront, they will be able to consolidate their position in the market as a managed hosting provider. Explaining this, Shawn Mills, CEO of Green House Data said:

Bringing Infront into the Green House Data family will only further our ability to help lead the IT transformation that allows our clients to capture market share and ultimately be successful. It’s an exciting time, and there’s only more to come.
