Contegix acquires Admo
The company says that the move is their first step as a combined company
This week, Contegix announced that it has acquired Admo.net Web Services, a Kansas City based cloud and managed services provider. Contegix is the product of a recent merger between Contegix and Distributed Systems Services (DSS).
Contegix is a provider of managed application hosting, cloud, and managed IT infrastructure solutions. The acquisition of Admo adds more than 60 customers to the over 700 already served by the combined company. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Relus Cloud expands into the Carolinas
The company says that they aim at helping customers succeed in their transition to the cloud
This week, cloud and big data solutions provider Relus Cloud announced it expanded to Raleigh, North Carolina. The new east coast location will be managed by Jon Hoover, who joined the team in December as Director of Cloud Consulting.
The company says that it aims at helping customers formulate strategies and successfully execute their cloud and big data transformation. It will also develop go-to-market industry solutions for Relus Cloud and partner service solutions.
