Co-location provider ColoHouse Data Center has acquired cloud and co-location company Netrouting in a bid to expand their global footprint. With this acquisition, ColoHouse will gain access to Netrouting’s cloud and co-location, two data centers in the Netherlands and many other touch points in U.S, Europe, and Asia.
ColoHouse say that the feedback from their customers has always been an indicator of growth and they will continue to maintain the same philosophy as they expand globally. Explaining this, Paul Bint, CEO of ColoHouse said:

According to Netrouting, the acquisition will strengthen their global presence and extend their market reach. Elated with the acquisition, Savvas Bout, CEO of Netrouting said:

According to the deal, the acquisition plans have been finalized and the remainder of the deal which includes company integration plans will get done over the course of the year.
