AI and IoT software provider C3 have signed a strategic partnership deal with HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprises) in a bid to accelerate to accelerate workloads for enterprises using on-premise environments. With this alliance, both enterprises seek to address AI needs of organizations that cannot use public cloud apps due to governance, compliance, and IT requirements.

According to C3, most customers using on-premise IT applications face challenges when it comes to leveraging the power of IoT and AI to fasten their workloads. They say that this obstacle puts them behind their cloud-native competitors in the market who do not face compliance issues like their on-premise counterparts.

By partnering with HPE, C3 believe that they will be able to bring on-premise players at par with public cloud users in the market. They claim by integrating their C3 AI offering into HPE’s integrated systems, enterprises using on-premise environments will be able to speed up their workloads instantly without affecting the efficiency of the enterprise.

Speaking about the alliance, Ed Abbo, CTO at C3, commented:

The combined power of HPE hybrid cloud solutions and the C3 Platform delivers a powerful offering to rapidly scale and bolster digital transformation efforts at the world’s leading organizations.

We’re enthusiastic about working with HPE to give customers across critical industries, a best-in-class offering, from enabling predictive maintenance in aerospace and defense to preventing money laundering within the financial services sector.

This alliance, C3 say, will also see them joining HPE’s HPE Partner Ready program for OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) that provide partners with solutions, services, supply chain expertise and specialists to accelerate their growth. They say that this deal will deepen their alliance with enterprise technology provider, HPE.

Phillip Cutrone, Vice President and General Manager of the WW OEM Business at HPE, commented:

The tight integration of the C3 Platform with HPE’s ProLiant family of servers, including the HPE ProLiant for Microsoft Azure Stack, unlocks tremendous value for organizations across the globe and in every vertical market – enabling AI, machine learning, and deep learning while addressing governance, compliance, and security needs. The C3 Platform innovation brings exciting benefits that enable customers to analyze massive amounts of data.

In closing, C3 said that this move will further fortify their position as a provider of IoT and AI platform in the market, following their partnership with Google Cloud to accelerate AI and IoT growth.
