Cloud security provider Netskope has partnered with SentinelOne to protect the hosting environments of global enterprises. As per the terms of the deal, Netskope will integrate its Security Cloud with SentinelOne’s endpoint protection solution to mitigate cyber risks across multiple cloud environments.
According to Netskope, the speed at which threat landscape has evolved has exposed many loopholes in legacy security solutions. They also claim that the rise of malware has made endpoint security difficult to tackle, resulting in inefficiencies on the part of security teams to mitigate cyber risks.
By partnering with SentinelOne, Netskope believe that they will allow their global enterprise clients to secure all kinds of environments in the cloud, or across SaaS and IaaS. They say that this alliance will enable customers with a single platform to manage all their infrastructure without needing to integrate multiple devices for different hosting environments.
Speaking about the alliance, Amol Kabe, VP Product Management, Netskope, commented:
Enterprise IT systems have become increasingly complex, and the security industry has largely failed to keep pace with innovative techniques being employed by hackers.
This integration with SentinelOne lets our customers do more with less by allowing them to manage security for all of their devices and infrastructure from a single platform.
SentinelOne are thrilled with this deal and believe that this partnership will allow enterprises to grapple security threats easily. Daniel Bernard, VP Business and Corporate Development, SentinelOne, commented:
The rise of cloud computing and the emergence of personal devices in the enterprise are easily two of the most significant trends to impact the state of IT security in recent memory.
Our partnership with Netskope ensures that organizations are prepared to grapple with the realities of our cloud-native, mobile-first world, with the tools needed to monitor, control and secure data regardless of where it travels.
