Web.com acquires DonWeb.com

The company says that DonWeb.com’s addition will be an important step in their international growth strategy

This week, Internet services and online marketing solutions provider Web.com, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire web hosting and domain registration company Donweb.com. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Web.com is headquartered in West Jacksonville, Florida. The company offers Internet services to small businesses to help them compete and succeed online. The company says that the acquisition will be an important driver of Web.com’s international growth strategy.

DonWeb.com which is headquartered in Santa Fe, Argentina, is one of the leading providers in Latin America. The company offers services including email marketing options, VPS, and dedicated servers. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2017.
