Internet company Pacific Software Publishing, Inc. (PSPInc) have acquired web hosting firm YourHost in a bid to expand their global footprint. With their 7th acquisition, PSPInc aims to provide e-Commerce, hosting, domain registration, and live streaming services to businesses.
PSPInc say that organizations prefer having one particular provider to fulfill their myriad needs for internet services. They believe this allows organizations to focus on their business instead of managing many stakeholders that provide different services.
By acquiring YourHost, PSPInc believe that they will be able to provide a wide range of services such as domain registrations, virtual/shared hosting, live streaming, e-Commerce support and web hosting. They say that with this move, PSPInc can continue to be a client-first business to cater to various needs of businesses.
