ICT company (Information Communication and Technology) NTT Communications have announced the introduction of Microsoft’s Azure Stack Solution in Hong Kong to consolidate business agility, security and compliance in the cloud. With this move, NTT seeks to fortify their share of managed cloud services in the Asia Pacific region.

NTT Communications say that enterprises in Hong Kong have adopted a certain level of cloud services by keeping fast deployment and high agility at the top of their minds. They claim that this is done since enterprises face challenges with respect to data security, operational complexities, migration issues and inconsistencies in the cloud.

Hong Kong is expected to see the strongest growth in Azure Stack adoption (61%), followed by Malaysia and Singapore at 51% and 49% respectively.

As a Microsoft Azure Stack early adopter and Gold Cloud Platform partner, we are confident this game-changing technology will help smooth and speed business transformation.

Enterprises can now rest assured and seize the opportunities of the new digital economy.

By introducing Microsoft’s Azure Stack in Hong Kong, NTT claim that they will be to comply with specific requirements, accelerate the migration to cloud and provide complete data security. Speaking about the benefit provided by Microsoft’s Azure Stack, Serena Cheung, Director for One Commercial Partner and Small, Medium & Corporate Customers, Microsoft Hong Kong, commented:
