Microland have entered into an alliance with Nutanix to strengthen their hybrid cloud solutions portfolio. As per the terms of the deal, Microland will be building software-defined data centers, developing cloud-based products and implementing state-of-the-art solutions by making the most of Nutanix’s services and advanced tools.
According to Nutanix, enterprises need different kinds of solutions in order to meet their cloud requirements. They claim that these businesses need solutions that can help them become a part of a larger cloud-ecosystem seamlessly.
Explaining the need to fit into the cloud-ecosystem, Nutanix say that enterprises deploying multi-cloud and hybrid cloud products need a stable data center that caters to both needs. Hence, Nutanix say, it has become a prime necessity for most providers to integrate hybrid cloud solutions at their data centers for on-premise as well as cloud-native clients.
By partnering with Nutanix, Microland believe that they will be able to take hybrid cloud solutions a notch higher by delivering simple-to-deploy web-scale architecture. They further added that with this alliance, enterprises will be able to run mission and business-critical workloads successfully.
Karthikeyan Krishnan, Sr. Vice President- Global Solutions and Head ASEAN Business, Microland, commented:
As a Nutanix premier partner, Microland will utilize Nutanix services tools, templates, methodologies, and training to drive service efficiency, and enhance profitability in Client ecosystems.
This partnership intends to digitally accelerate the Client technology landscape by delivering simple-to-deploy, web-scale architecture including NextGen cognitive workloads, mission-critical workloads, such as databases, web infrastructure, and mainstream enterprise applications.
Nutanix added that they are thrilled to add Microland to their team and will be launching new products very soon.
Rodney Foreman, Vice President of Global Channel Sales, Nutanix, commented:
