INAP say that SingleHop’s advanced systems can be merged with their products to overhaul INAP’s overall product capabilities. They further added that with this acquisition, INAP will be able to launch an integrated delivery system that can be cross-sold by capitalizing their global footprint.

Explaining the thinking behind the acquisition, INAP said that SingleHop’s technical expertise in the co-location and managed service space seemed like a perfect fit for INAP’s Bare Metal and AgileCloud customers. They further added that with the improvements made by SingleHop in their AI technology, INAP can offer the same to their customers as long-term benefits.

Exhibiting delight with the acquisition deal, Peter D. Aquino, President & CEO of INAP, commented:

We are very excited about partnering with Zak Boca and his experienced team to integrate their advanced platform into INAP. The combined impact of our sales and operational improvements, and the momentum of SingleHop’s success is expected to be a catalyst for growth in 2018.
