This week, Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced that it will open its new office in Manama, Bahrain. AWS has global headquarters in Seattle, United States.
The newly announced Bahrain office, located in the capital is scheduled to open on January 1, 2017.
The company says that the Bahrain office aims to cater to tech entrepreneurship in the Middle East and to support organizations of all sizes, including government organizations. The company’s first Middle East office in Bahrain will facilitate AWS Cloud Training and Global Certification programs to develop cloud skills within Bahrain.
