Green Cloud Technologies launches data center in Minneapolis

The launch aims to extend their footprint in the U.S. market in a bid to add more clients to their portfolio.

Disaster recovery company Green Cloud Technologies have launched their sixth data center in Minneapolis, USA. With this launch, Green Cloud Technologies plan to entice managed service providers and resellers to their portfolio in order to expand their footprint in the U.S.

According to Green Cloud Technologies, DRaaS (Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service) is gaining momentum since organizations are looking at better means for safeguarding business-critical data. They also added that this awareness has called for data center services to support the rising need.

By launching their sixth data center in Minneapolis, Green Cloud say that they will be lending support to those managed service providers and resellers in the region that are looking to invest in world-class data centers. They also claim that in order to meet these standards they have furnished the data center with state-of-the-art facilities.

Speaking about the launch in detail, Keith Coker, CEO at Green Cloud Technologies, commented:
