CenturyLink wins slot in GSA’s Alliant 2 program

American telecommunications company CenturyLink recently won a sought after spot on the General Service Administration’s (GSA) Alliant 2 program. The 10-year, USD 50 billion program enables government agencies to purchase and use customized hardware, software and IT solutions in a packaged deal.

Alliant 2 is a part of GSA’s Network Services 2020 strategy along with EIS program which aims to provide federal agencies with modern IT communication services as per government security standards.

On CenturyLink’s inclusion into the program, David Young, Regional Vice President of Strategic Governments commented:
