Australian Registrar Dreamscape Networks ready to go public

The Registrar is expected to achieve a valuation of $86 million for its IPO

Australian domain registration and hosting company Dreamscape Networks has announced that it is ready to go public. The company which also owns the CrazyDomains brand has started a process for its initial public offering.

The Australian Financial Review reports that Dreamscape plans to begin trading on the Australian Securities Exchange on November 29, 2016. The company is raising $25 million out of which $10 million will go to existing management and $15 million will be used for growth initiatives.

Dreamscape also operates CrazyDomains.com and claims to have about 30% of the market share for .AU domain names.

It has been reported that Dreamscape will issue the IPO at an $86 million market cap.
