Accenture expands Oracle capabilities with Certus acquisition

The acquisition aims to accelerate Accenture’s cloud capabilities in the U.K. to extend their global footprint.

Consulting giant Accenture have acquired analytics and intelligence company Certus Solutions in a bid to expand their Oracle capabilities in the U.K. With this acquisition, Accenture aims to accelerate Oracle adoption and their cloud capabilities in the U.K. in a bid to expand globally.

Accenture say that they have been working in tandem with Certus Solutions in the past to push Oracle’s cloud implementations across different markets. Since they have been witnessing synergies in terms of vision and growth in cloud, Accenture say that acquisition was the next logical step.

By partnering with Certus, Accenture say that they will be able to ease digital transformation for organizations looking to leverage Oracle’s cloud prowess. They also believe that the market for such services has huge potential and will grow in the future as well.
